Grupo Triple-S inaugurates new $4M service center in Mayagüez

Ramón M. Ruiz-Comas, president of Grupo Triple-S

Grupo Triple-S recently inaugurated its new service center in Mayagüez, from which it will expand its reach throughout the western part of the island and offer all products from its health, life and property business lines. The company invested $4 million in the new 8,200 square-foot facility located on PR-114 close to the Mayagüez Mall.

“The new Mayagüez service center is part of a strategy to make available to plan members our health, life and property insurance products to meet all their insurance needs and promote cross-selling. Through this center, we will be able to expand our offerings and presence in the west area”, said Ramón Ruiz-Comas, president of Grupo Triple-S.

The building’s design integrates architectural elements to minimize the effect of heat in the interior and the installation of energy-efficient equipment to reduce electricty consumption through cooling systems and lighting,

Triple-S has had presence in the Mayagüez area since 1974, where it was first located on Méndez Vigo street and later at Los Corazones Avenue.
