The new Mercedes-Benz GLC has arrived to the Puerto Rico mid-sized SUV market, featuring the latest assistance systems and energy efficiency. Fuel consumption has been cut by up to 19 percent compared with the previous model.

At the same time, the extended range of “Dynamic Select” transmission modes and the “4Matic” permanent all-wheel drive increase not only the ride comfort, but also the vehicle’s sporty agility, whatever surface it is driving on.

“We are confident that the arrival of the GLC 2016 class, along with the other models that are on the agenda for the year, will be key in strengthening our brand in Puerto Rico,” said Francisco Pérez, general manager of the Garage Isla Verde dealership.

“Despite the overall performance of industry, where we face great challenges, we at Garage Isla Verde have made adjustments in operating efficiency and to continue providing exceptional service,” he said.

“We continue taking the time to listen to our customers and pay attention to detail. All this, combined with the support of a quality product, have allowed us to Mercedes-Benz to remain the leading brand in the luxury car segment,” Pérez said

The new GLC combines the ultimate in driving comfort with a sporty touch, impresses on the road and off it as well, and appeals to the eye with the new design and equipment line. The GLC only represents a departure from its progenitor — the G-Class — in terms of appearance, however.
