P3 Authority, Claret Consulting partner for 2-day training session

Virginia-based Claret Consulting, in collaboration with the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnership Authority, will be bringing its “U.S. P3 Training Institute” to the island Oct. 18-20 to gather P3 practitioners from around the country in an intensive training session.

The course will cover key P3 topics and methodologies, including project finance, value for money analysis, risk transfer and P3 project management. Guest speakers will join Claret’s trainers to present special topics and case studies, the company said.

“The course content is current and updated with the most recent developments in the U.S. P3 market. Whether you are trying to keep up with market trends, just entering the P3 arena or coming from international markets to assess the U.S. market, this is the right course for you,” the event announcement said.
