Toyota de Puerto Rico selects American Traveler Motor Club for roadside assistance

“Toyota makes the world’s most dependable vehicles and now our services are being offered as another layer of customer service to get their owners back on the road quickly in the event of unexpected occurrences,” said ATMC President Scott Libertore, in an interview with dBusinessNews.com.

The companies signed a multi-year agreement. The stateside company will work with Toyota and Lexus dealers in Puerto Rico to begin implementing the new program that includes 24-hour customer support. Eventually, new Lexus vehicles sold on the island will come equipped with a series of roadside services.

“ATMC’s corporate values and focus on providing an outstanding customer experience aligns quite well with our customer first philosophy,” said Paul Principe, Toyota de Puerto Rico customer service group director.
